Software License
Basic conditions for using plugins and digital tools distributed by Barceló Lab.
1. License grant
Purchasing a product grants the buyer a license to use the software under the terms stated on the product page and in any license file included with it.
2. Third-party and open-source software
Some products work with WordPress, Avada or other third-party platforms and may incorporate or depend on components governed by open-source or other licenses. Those licenses prevail for the components to which they apply.
3. Third-party trademarks
WordPress, Avada and other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners. Barceló Lab does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by those owners unless expressly stated.
4. Distribution
You may not present the product as your own creation or use the Barceló Lab brand in a misleading way. Any copying, modification or redistribution rights granted by an applicable open-source license remain unaffected and are not restricted by this clause.
5. Updates and support
Included updates and support are those stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Purchasing a product does not include custom services unless expressly stated.
