These terms govern access to, purchase of and use of digital products published under the Barceló Lab brand.
1. Identification
Barceló Lab is the digital products line of Barceló Estudio, owned and operated by Francisco R. Barceló Cañellas, Spanish tax ID (NIF) 43077580Y, with professional address at Costa de la Pols 6, L16, Palma, Spain. Contact: info@barceloestudio.com.
2. Digital products
Barceló Lab develops and distributes plugins and other digital tools. Each product page describes its main features, compatibility, price and included deliverables. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases are for digital products and do not include design, custom development, installation or consulting services.
3. Orders and payments
Purchases processed through Paddle are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the order, payment, applicable taxes, transaction-related buyer support and refunds under its terms.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, buyers receive access to the purchased digital product using the delivery method indicated during or after checkout. Downloadable products are supplied digitally, normally as an installable ZIP file.
5. Compatibility and use
Buyers are responsible for checking the requirements and compatibility stated on the product page before purchase. Software must be used in accordance with the Barceló Lab license and any applicable third-party platform licenses.
6. Intellectual property
A purchase grants the right to use the product under its applicable license and does not transfer Barceló Lab's or its authors' intellectual property rights. You may not present, sell or redistribute the product as your own creation unless an applicable license expressly permits redistribution.
7. Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds and withdrawal rights are governed by applicable law and the refund policy published on this website. Where Paddle processes a purchase, refund and withdrawal requests are handled through Paddle.
8. Liability
The product is provided with the features and compatibility described on its product page. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
